If you can swim but have been out of the water for a while, this is the perfect way to get back into it. Great for the beginner building your laps.
This may be your first step to getting fit again, or you are time poor and looking for some basic sessions to keep you motivated…this is the perfect package to get you started.
This package is designed as a 6 week program with 2 sessions per week.
This package includes 12 sessions that are 1km in length.
The objective of the 12 session package is threefold:
1. Enjoyment – get you back in the water
2. Efficiency – swim for longer with less effort
3. Endurance/Fitness – swim a minimum of 1km per session and aiming to swim 400m+ non-stop.
