This is the next stepping stone after the Get Fit sessions or if you’ve swum before, you’ll be able to start with these programs and then progress from here. Â
This program is designed as 5 weeks with 3 sessions per week.
This package includes 15 sessions that are 1-1.5km in length. The objective of the 15 session package is threefold:
1. EnjoymentÂ
2. EfficiencyÂ
3. Endurance/Fitness
