This is the next stepping stone after the Get Fit sessions or if you’ve swum before, you’ll be able to start with these programs and then progress from here.
This program is designed as 5 weeks with 3 sessions per week.
This package includes 15 sessions that are 1-1.5km in length. The objective of the 15 session package is threefold:
1. Enjoyment
2. Efficiency
3. Endurance/Fitness
